Be advised Boston units responded earlier this evening to the Prudential Center parking facility, Huntington Avenue side. Vehicle reported stolen at approximately 18:55 hours. Vehicle description is a black Mercedes-Benz sedan, late-model, commonly referred to as a Town Car style body. Massachusetts registration K-73941. Vehicle reported taken by two white male suspects observed leaving the garage area.

Witness statements indicate two suspects, white males, estimated late twenties to mid-thirties. One described approximately five-foot-nine height, medium build, light-colored hair, slim, pale, scruffy. Second male approximately six-foot, dark hair, bespectacled, well-dressed and clean-shaven. Both observed entering the vehicle together and departing westbound from the Prudential garage ramp.

Vehicle owner reported a possible abduction associated with the theft. Victim bound to a lavatory toilet in the tower prior to suspects departing. Investigation is ongoing; however, detectives advise the suspects may be connected to at least two homicide investigations currently under review in Massachusetts jurisdiction.

Understood. You are requesting area broadcast for stolen vehicle and possible kidnapping suspects.

Affirmative. Intelligence from Massachusetts State Police indicates the vehicle may have proceeded southbound via Interstate 95 corridor and could be traveling toward the New York metropolitan area. Request NYPD patrol units maintain lookout, particularly Manhattan bridges, tunnels, and major parking facilities.
