Ivan (aka Jules) Walker
1944 Born in MI. HS swimming team.
1962 Graduated Michigan State Police Training Academy in Dimondale. Fell in love and engaged with Denise Williams.
1963 Daughter Alicia was born, Denise died during child birth.
1974 Admired by his peers and promoted to Sergeant (officer ranks were not enticing to him) when he agreed to help develop the Emergency Support (ES) Team. This team of about 60 well trained officers stationed around MI handled highly dangerous and critical incidents with highly specialized equipment, the unit has specialized armored vehicles which serve as equipment pool supplies and command posts. This unit dealt with hostage rescue, high risk arrests and warrants, VIP security, counter terrorism and often worked with the Federal Bureau of Investigations.
1979 He began to notice many connecting “dissolved cases” and erased files… seeing evidence of falsely arrested or killed targets guised as counter terrorism. Furthermore, these cases had involvement by FBI wearing purple ties and a few of those cases involved a consulting classified individual - a middle eastern guy with a shaved head. He discovered evidence of this guy in multiple places on the same day. How? Are there more than one? One VIP case even dealt with protecting a strange sickly individual wearing purple frocks that a few deranged armed homeless men tried to kill. In fact, his team started dealing with retrieving confiscated artifacts from the private sector as well as from other local enforcement. Indeed, the unit began to shift towards abnormal secretive misguided need to know missions. Regardless, his questionings were excused by his superiors. In fact his direct superior once worked in the field with the team… A true leader rolling up his sleeves, only to become very reclusive and now found only behind his desk if at all.
Retired in 1981 but kept busy with his interest in the purple ties, purple frocs, and these bald middle eastern guy(s). Their associated conspiracies and apparent influence/corruption with the government at federal, state and now local levels. Their interest in antiquities and locations such as Detroit, Salem, Edgewater, Bennington. Propitious that these are the Oscillates from ages past…. demons?!? bleh…
Following a manifest lead originating in Salem…. Massachusetts is indeed hot, so many strange events have been reported and he has seen the purple frocks, purple ties and this middle eastern bald guy in the backgrounds of operation photos and the news media. He wants to find out more…. He has become increasingly aware that someone is watching him, it must be them.
He has taken precautions as best as he can to mask his identity, fake IDs and passports, weaponry, bullet proof van, phone taps, submarritam language book, history book of Oscillates, Oscillate shipping manifests, list of sold auctions - sellers and buyers north east area, highjacking radio transmission receiver, etc ….
Recently he has been stalking three men after spying on them at a Saleem dockside warehouse. The group has been observed talking with the Oscillates and, possibly, killed one inside. They know something and Jules has now decided to tail them on an overnight bus from Boston to Salem.
